Our products are digital PDF study materials. Once access, download details, or files are delivered, the product is considered used.

Refunds are generally not available after successful delivery of digital files.

When We Can Help

If you face a genuine delivery or access issue, contact us and we will help resolve it. This may include resending access details or checking the payment status.

Refunds May Be Considered If

  • Your payment was deducted but access was not delivered.
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same product.
  • There is a verified technical issue that prevents delivery and cannot be fixed.

Refunds Are Not Available For

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase.

  • Compatibility issues where the PDF can be opened on standard mobile, tablet, or desktop PDF readers.
