Our products are digital PDF study materials. Once access, download details, or files are delivered, the product is considered used.
Refunds are generally not available after successful delivery of digital files.

Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider or bank. It may take several working days to reflect in your account.
